Eligibility for Returns
Standard Returns
- Products must be returned within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase
- Items must be in their original, unused condition
- All original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included
- Product must be unused and show no signs of wear, damage, or modification
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Hygiene and personal care items that have been opened
- Perishable goods
- Gift cards
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
Return Process

Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer service team at support@getreverz.com
- Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the return package

Packaging Returns
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Include all original components
- Attach the RMA number to the outside of the package
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
Refund Methods and Processing
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- For items purchased with a promotional code, the original discount will be deducted from the refund amount
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are available for items of equal or lesser value
- If exchanging for a higher-priced item, the customer must pay the difference
- Exchange requests follow the same 30-day return window and condition requirements
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- We will cover return shipping costs for genuinely defective items
- Provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect
- Replacement or full refund will be provided at our discretion

Holiday Season Returns
- Items purchased between November 15 and January 15 can be returned up to 45 days from the purchase date
